SALON POLICY
Your experience at Pretty Girl Studio is important to us. We take every aspect of the services that we provide to be life changing and important, therefore the policies and procedures in place are to assist in providing those services at a professional level.
Due to Covid 19 there are new guidelines and procedures and they are as follows:

Employees nor guests will be permitted on the premises if they have COVID-19 symptoms

Guests will be served by appointment only

Guests will be greeted at the entrance

All equipment used by a service provider is sanitized between guests

Clean/sanitized capes and smocks for each guest

Guest will be expected to wash their hands or use sanitizer upon entering the salon company

Doors and exits will be sanitized

Pretty Girl Studios is not responsible for your service after you leave the premises if you encounter any natural precipitation, night sweats, or anything that can obscure your service after your service has been provided. We are not responsible. If you return to us due to a circumstance that fits any and or any like of these circumstances, it will require a full payment of that service.
There is a $50 fee for No call/ No show and must be paid in advance to book another appointment and is NOT a credit towards the service! There is also a $50 fee for NOT cancelling 24 hrs in advance. No children permitted unless being serviced.
