
SALON POLICY
Your experience at Pretty Girl Studio is important to us. We take every aspect of the services that we provide to be life changing and important, therefore the policies and procedures in place are to assist in providing those services at a professional level.
Due to Covid 19 there are new guidelines and procedures and they are as follows:

Employees nor guests will be permitted on the premises if they have COVID-19 symptoms

Guests will be served by appointment only

Guests will be greeted at the entrance.

Masks are optional. If you want your service provider to wear a mask while servicing you just ask.

All equipment used by a service provider will be sanitized between guests

Clean/sanitized capes and smocks for each guest

Guest will be expected to wash their hands or use sanitizer upon entering the salon company

Doors and exits will be sanitized

Pretty Girl Studios is not responsible for any clients hairstyle not lasting due to night sweats, weather conditions, humidity or any negligence due to the client. We will be more than happy to fix something if notified during appointment or the same day. Please be advised that there is a cost for any services rendered due to any of the the conditions listed above.

There is a $25 fee for No call/ No show and must be paid in advance to book another appointment and is NOT a credit towards the service! There is also a $25 fee for NOT cancelling 24 hrs in advance. A $15 late fee is added to appointments arriving 16 minutes after scheduled appointments. No children permitted unless being serviced.
